Comment :
ruht meist in bekannter Apfelbaumreihe, gelegentlich erfolgreich Nahrung suchend in Zwiebelfeld, zeigt Fluchtverhalten erst bei Annäherung unter ca 4-5 m, konform zu den wilden Mimus polyglottos in Nordamerika, die allgemein wenig scheu sind und erst bei wenig Abstand Fluchtreflex zeigen, sogar erst bei 2-3 m (s. Levey et al, Wild mockingbirds distinguish among familiar humans, 2023, S. 4).
