Count dates Monitoring of Migratory and Wintering Waterbirds 2022/23

Dear counters,

the new counting season for the Monitoring of Migratory and Wintering Waterbirds starts on the first of July.

Although the counts in most census areas will not start until September, we have already set the count dates for the 2022/23 counting season for the “Waterbird Census” and the "Geese and Swans" monitoring (as well as all other Migratory and Wintering Waterbirds programmes) under the menu item Bird monitoring > Monitoring of Migratory and Wintering Waterbirds > Count dates.

On behalf of all coordinators, we hope you enjoy the counts.

with many thanks for your loyal support
